If you are under 18, you explicitly consent must ask your parent or guardian to place an order with us. Under no circumstances is it permissible to order by invoice if you are younger than 18 years. If you want to place an order and you are under 18, you can set one of our methods of payment use beforehand.
Secure payment using PayPal form
All payments to Aliaz will be processed over a secure connection. This connection is accepted by all credit card companies. Note: We will only capture the payment when your order is shipped. After you has placed your order a temporary hold of the funds will be placed on the relevant purchase price to enable the delivery guarantee.
14 days right of return
You always have when you order at DragonSlimExtreme 14 days right to return. This means that if you want to return your purchase, you have the option to return it for a full refund. Please note that we do not reimburse the costs of the return itself. These shipping costs you have to pay yourself.
It is extremely important that the articles that you return to us are in the same condition as when the products were received by you otherwise we reserve the right to reject your return. If you want to return a product, make sure that the product is in the same condition as received.
It is always your own responsibility to ensure that your package arrives safely at our warehouse.
If the order is shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping fee will be charged. You'll always have to pay the shipping cost of your order in the case of a return.
Would you like to return your package, please contact our Customer Service to receive the correct instructions for returning your package to avoid misunderstandings.
In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, we will change the products with no extra costs for you.
We are unable to offer you a refund for the damaged product. You are able to receive a replacement product.
Satisfaction surveys / Money-back guarantee.
For some products, we offer a satisfaction and a money back guarantee. You can use these products reasonably and within 90 days of purchase, return to get your money back. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to return it to us within 90 days. Returns received after the return period of 90 days will be refused.
If you want to return the package as directed by our satisfaction guarantee, then you must enclose a note where it is explicitly stated on the package that you want to use the satisfaction guarantee. Please note that satisfaction guarantee applies only to customers who have actually tried the products - if the products are not used, our standard terms and conditions apply
Aliaz strives to guarantee its delivery in all cases to comply. Neither Aliaz nor its delivery partners working in the weekend. Our delivery guarantee is only valid on weekdays. Our goal is to ship all orders within the specified time frame. However, please note that delays occur on the side of our supplier (eg .: Omniva). Aliaz has fulfilled its responsibility by sending your order within the advertised time frame from our warehouse. In addition, we would like to point out that some items because of high demand may be temporarily out of stock. Our delivery guarantee in this case is also not applicable.
When an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. This means that in some cases we may not be able to adapt to an existing order, because it has already been sent.
Pay per advance payment invoice
After the receiving Advance payment invoice, with the product, you may choose to keep the product or send it back in case you do not want to use it.
If you pay the Advance payment invoice we will take for granted that you have accepted the product.
In the situation where you decide not to pay the advance payment invoice since you do not want to keep the product, you have the liabilities to return the product back within 90 days of receiving the product. The product should be returned in the same condition as received. In case you return the product damaged, Aliaz has the rights to ask for compensation.
Please note that Aliaz keeps the ownership rights of the products till the Advance payment invoice is paid. Till then the product is property of Aliaz.
Payment by the potential customer shall, within the term of payment to be paid to a third party.
All rights with respect to the collection of these invoices and products are outsourced to a third party that will take care of the collection of the claim. If the customer do not pay the invoice and do not return back the product the case can be sent to a debt collection agency.
The customer will be liable for the reminder costs and extrajudicial costs.
These extrajudicial costs are calculated in accordance with the Act Collection costs (Wik 2012).
The Order is considered as completed only when the Advance payment invoice is paid.
Automatic delivery service
This text is only applicable to customers who have requested our automatic delivery service. When you make use of this service, this will clear on your bills and on the page where you have placed your first order.
Recurring orders will be sent via our automatic delivery service (30 days after your first delivery or longer). This automatic delivery service is not binding: you can unsubscribe at any time. Cancellations must be passed before the 05th of the month to our customer service to avoid the monthly shipment is sent. The automatic delivery service is completed once you have received an email from our customer service with the confirmation of the cancellation.
If you are not satisfied after your first delivery, you can return the products. For your first package applies, like any other order, our regular 14 day money back guarantee. All costs, including the cost of the product itself, the invoice cost and the shipping cost will be credited once your return has been received. The automated delivery service will not stop until the first package has been received or a receipt of your return has been provided to our customer service.
Each package after the first shipment is no longer seen as an online purchase, and therefore can not be returned once it is shipped from our warehouse.
You can adjust the frequency and amount of your delivery service by contacting our customer service.
All automatic deliveries apply to our regular payment schedule. That means that on the bills the same penalties, interest and debt recovery will apply as normal and accordance to our general terms and conditions.
After passing your personal information to Aliaz, Aliaz is obligated to not pass it to any other third party other than doesn’t have an agreement with Aliaz for personal data handling.
